A1M’s mission is to preserve and improve government programs that are lifelines for underserved people in the United States. Join us to connect with something bigger.
We are a remote workplace with employees across the United States. Our client projects have core hours for part of each work day, with flexibility in schedule before and after core hours.
In honor of each new employee, we donate to a nonprofit of your choice. We encourage our employees to volunteer on company time in service to disadvantaged or underserved populations.
We provide health, vision, dental, and life insurance, along with a wellness stipend. We have a matching retirement plan.
For full-time employees: four weeks paid time off (combined vacation and sick time), seven company holidays, two personal days, and one day to celebrate you on your birthday!
