I have spent more than 25 years in talent acquisition, and the through line across all of it has been the same: I believe that finding the right person for the right role at the right moment genuinely changes things. That belief is what keeps this work meaningful to me.Before joining A1M Solutions, I spent nearly a decade at the General Services Administration's Technology Transformation Services, a federal digital innovation group that was doing something rare and genuinely exciting: trying to change how the government builds and delivers technology. I came in as the first full cycle technical recruiter and ended up eventually leading the full talent team, growing the organization from 325 to nearly 800 people along the way. In that time, my team achieved a 183% increase in positions filled in a single fiscal year, and improved our fill rate from 57% to 81%. But the numbers I am most proud of are harder to quantify: the leaders we placed who went on to build cultures worth working in, and the candidates who told us that our process was the most human one they had ever experienced. Before my government work, I served as North America Recruiting Lead at Publicis Sapient, overseeing a team of 40 recruiters hiring between 300 and 500 roles annually. We earned the Candidate Experience Award three years in a row and held a 95% positive candidate satisfaction rating. I learned there that candidate experience is not a nice-to-have. It is a signal of how an organization actually treats people, and it matters enormously to the quality of talent you attract and retain.I joined A1M Solutions because I saw an organization doing meaningful, consequential work that aligns with my values and a real opportunity to partner and keep building a talent function worthy of it all. I’m here to bring structure, strategy, and intention to how we find and grow the people who make that work possible.Outside of recruiting, I am pursuing my Certified Professional Co-Active Coach credential through the Co-Active Training Institute. That training has deepened something I already believed: that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, and that the best thing I can do in any role is create the conditions for them to show up that way.
