I’m a user experience researcher creating connections between people who make decisions and communities affected by them. My background is in social policy research and relational welfare system innovations. Prior to joining A1M, I established UX practices at a rapidly scaling non-profit facilitating guaranteed income pilots nationwide. I care about the power of relationships to disrupt systems and create more equitable futures. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my community, support local organizing efforts, garden, and play with my quarantine cat.
