
I lead A1M’s experience practice, helping us scale and build an environment that is stable and supportive and creates opportunities for individual and organizational growth. I’ve spent my career as a user experience and service designer applying design to the nonprofit and government services space. I’ve been designing for government services and with government data since 2010. It’s always been important to me that my influence as a designer is used to supporting critical services and to communicate powerful ideas.
