I’m a Service Designer and Strategist specializing in the operational architecture of public services. With over a decade of experience, I focus on 'governance as design'—building the internal infrastructure that allows government teams to deliver without burning out. My work centers on reducing administrative burden, whether I’m mapping data ingestion flows for Medicaid or designing educational layers for complex financial systems. I’ve led research and strategy for critical infrastructure at CMS and in the private sector. When I’m not in Figjam, I’m usually gaming with my kids, playing the drums, or absorbed in Spanish media.
