Elizabeth, a strategic communications and public affairs professional with more than a decade of experience in Medicaid policy and state healthcare operations, has a proven track record of translating complex policy into clear, actionable communications. Before joining A1M, Elizabeth spent nearly five years as Medicaid Program Manager for Public Affairs at the Louisiana Department of Health, where she led strategic communications planning for Medicaid initiatives and policy rollouts, managing messaging across internal and external stakeholders. Her earlier state government roles at LDH spanned health plan management, health IT policy, and legislative tracking during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, giving her a deep, ground-level understanding of how federal healthcare policy translates into state operations.
