Jinny Sass is a health policy and program strategy professional with 12 years of experience supporting federal healthcare initiatives in partnership with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). She brings a strong background in health policy implementation, strategic planning, project management, program governance and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on translating complex policy and regulatory requirements into actionable strategies and operational solutions.

Throughout her career, Jinny has partnered with federal leaders, state stakeholders, contractors, and other healthcare organizations to advance strategic priorities, improve program operations and strengthen collaboration across complex healthcare environments.
