I am a UX strategist, relationship builder, and problem solver. I started my career developing human-centered tools, content, and training strategies for complex federal healthcare digital projects. At a large financial company, I established the UX practice and conducted research across the US and Canada to improve employee and customer experiences. I believe teamwork and collaboration are essential for inclusive design, and I empower UX champions across projects, vendor partners, and customers. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family, listening to live music, and exploring new watersheds from my standup paddleboard.
