He is currently an independent talent acquisition consultant supporting mission-driven organizations with team scaling, recruiting process improvement, and candidate experience. Omar is passionate about equitable hiring practices and expanding access and representation. Outside of work, he enjoys singing and has performed in various choral shows throughout Chicago.
